Once we connect to discuss your project, proposal turnaround is typically 3-5 business days. Production time varies by order but generally runs 2-6 weeks from final product approval, with rush options available if your timeline requires it.
Product pricing is all-inclusive - decoration and customization are built into the cost of every item, so there are no hidden fees on what you're gifting. We work across a range of budgets and project sizes, so whether you're starting small or scaling a recurring program, we'll build a proposal that works for you. The best way to get a sense of what's possible for your budget is to start a conversation. We'll come back with curated options specific to your needs.
We offer a wide range of decoration methods including embroidery, screen printing, laser engraving, debossing, foil stamping, heat transfer, and more. Custom packaging — boxes, ribbon, tissue paper, tape — is also available. Our philosophy is that less is often more, so we'll guide you toward customization that feels intentional and lasting rather than overdone.
