whether you know what you’re looking for or want to tap into our creative reserves to get fresh ideas, you’ll kick off a project by submitting a request with any project details you have.

we will review your project request and get back to you with a custom catalog of ideas specific to your brand, event, budget and timeline. expect that catalog within 3-5 business days!

you will review the options we’ve provided and send through any feedback to help narrow in on the exact products and designs. we’ll iterate based on your input to create exactly what you’re after.

you’ve selected your final products - yay! heyday will provide a quote detailing total costs and art proofs detailing final designs. once both are approved, we can begin production.

your order is in production. production times depend on the products ordered, but typically take anywhere from 2-6 weeks.

After the products are made, we’ll assemble and deliver them wherever they need to go. We can ship to one or multiple addresses or hand deliver to local teton valley and jackson hole locations.

Our goal is to make the custom ordering process easier, more efficient and more fun than it’s ever been. One way we do that is by making pricing as digestible as possible.

The pricing you’ll receive in your custom catalog is inclusive of all decoration costs, bulk order discounts and packaging (if applicable). When you’re ready to quote final products, the only additional costs you’ll see are for shipping and taxes if you are providing the artwork. If you need to tap into our designer resources via the Designer Collective, we’ll detail any design fees that may apply.
