Products will be priced based on the quantity and decoration methods used for your project. Pricing will be displayed inside your custom catalog, and are inclusive of all decoration.

For projects that do not require additional design work (i.e. you have artwork already created), you’ll simply pay for the products + shipping and taxes.

For projects that utilize our Designer Collective to create more custom artwork, design fees will apply in addition to the product cost + shipping and taxes.

See below for a step by step look at a typical order process for your project. This does not detail any time spent on revisions, but know we will always work with you to get your products, designs and details exactly right.

1. Submit a request detailing what you are looking for. We’ll get back to you with a curated catalog of products within 3-5 business days that fit your project needs

2. Once you make your selections, we’ll provide you with a quote detailing total costs, inclusive of shipping and taxes

3. Everything look good? Approve that quote, and we’ll create art proofs for you to sign off on the final decoration of the product(s) in your order

4. Once you approve the art proof, production will begin!

5. After the product(s) are made, we’ll deliver them wherever you need them to go. We can ship to one address, or drop-ship to multiple addresses if needed.

Turnaround times will vary depending on the products selected, but typically range from 2-6 weeks.

rush options are available, but may incur additional fees. please detail your desired delivery to understand if rush fees may apply.
